You are welcomed to contact our team for a question, problem reporting, a suggestion or any other issue via postal mail, telephone or email form provided here. Still, those options have a long reply time, usually over 5 days, and in cases of holidays or weekends may be a long waiting time, thus are not suitable for typical support purposes. We recommend contact inworld instead with our manager, avatar name "Antreas Alter" via NOTECARD sent. Inworld inquiries usually receive a reply within 48 hours.
BEFORE CONTACTING US:
1. Please read through our Frequently Asked Questions knowledge-base section. Most questions were asked before, and their answer lies in those pages. All inquiries related to a topic covered in our knowledge-base, will have to be ignored.
2. In case you are the owner of a genuine Real product: Please, read carefully the help/instructions NOTECARD accompanying the product inside its box (if any). Those notecards answer to specific product common issues, possible problems, usage advice and tips. Sadly, we receive a high volume of messages related to topics already covered in our knowledge base or in the products specific note cards, and this causes a delay to all other cases that need our support.
3. Make sure that:
a. There is no problem related to your SIM temporary malfunction, especially lag caused by other residents. Usually lag is caused by: too many scripted objects, too many complex objects in the scene, too many visitors ( traffic ). Sometimes Second Life Grid faces a temporary problem. Please also check http://status.secondlifegrid.net for an updated report of grid status.
a. There is no problem related to your land settings and permissions. Scripts should be allowed, Rez objects should be allowed for you, prims should be available in land parcel.
